Refund Policy

If a piece is not what you expected, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to return it for a full refund. We call this Love It or Return It, and it applies to every stock piece in the catalog.

What you can return

Any stock item, in any material, including pierced earrings. The piece needs to come back unworn and in its original packaging. We accept returns at full price or at sale price, with the same terms.

What you cannot return

Custom and personalised orders are made for you and are final sale once production begins. If a custom piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we replace it free of charge under the warranty terms below.

How to start a return

Email us at support@sciencejewelry1824.shop within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for the return. We confirm by email and send you the return address.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We send the return address by email as soon as you reach out to start the return. We recommend using a tracked service so the package can be followed during transit. The shipping cost is not refundable.

Refund processing

Once your return arrives and we have confirmed the piece is in returnable condition, we process the refund and the funds typically appear in your account within 10 to 14 days, depending on your bank. The refund goes back to the original payment method.

Damaged or defective pieces

If a piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us at support@sciencejewelry1824.shop within 14 days of delivery. Send photos of the issue and a brief description. We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items, and we either replace the piece or refund you in full, your choice.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different piece or a different size, return the original for a refund and place a new order. This is faster and gives you a clean transaction record.
