Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, free of charge. Every order arrives with all import duties, taxes, and customs fees prepaid by us. No surprise charges at delivery.

Delivery time

Stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days of order. DHL Express delivery takes 1 to 5 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. Most orders arrive within a week of being placed.

Custom and made-to-order pieces have a longer timeline. Design takes 1 to 2 weeks. Production takes another 4 to 5 weeks. Custom orders ship via DHL Express on the same free-shipping terms once they are ready.

Tracking

Every order ships with full DHL tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the package leaves us. You can follow it through DHL's website or app from collection to delivery.

Duties and taxes

We cover all import duties, taxes, and customs fees for every destination. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay. Nothing extra is collected at delivery, regardless of where you live.

Address changes and cancellations

If you need to change the shipping address or cancel an order, contact us at support@sciencejewelry1824.shop as soon as possible. We can adjust orders that have not yet been picked up by DHL. Once the package is in transit, the address cannot be changed.

Lost or delayed packages

DHL Express is reliable, but packages occasionally get delayed or misdirected. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if the carrier marks the package as undeliverable, email us at support@sciencejewelry1824.shop. We will open a trace with DHL and either replace the order or refund you in full once the situation is resolved.
