We gladly accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To apply for a return, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you mention your order number. In case you ordered multiple items, specify the one(s) you would like to return.
If you are eligible for a return, we will reply with the specific return instructions. If your return request is not approved, we will let you know as well.
We don’t cover return shipping expenses.
In case you would like to replace a ring for a different size, please let us know and we will find the best solution to solve this.
Some items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Any item that is not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
When we receive your return, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we'll process your refund (exclusive shipping costs). We’ll refund using the same payment system you used for the purchase. You will receive the refund within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
Please note that we will not issue refunds if we receive your item back with no prior notice.
