Store pieces in the pouch or box when you're not wearing them. Use the included cloth for a soft polish to keep the finish bright. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine, and saltwater. They speed up wear on any plated jewelry.

Three materials: sterling silver (925), gold vermeil, and 9K solid gold. Sterling silver is a solid alloy. Vermeil is a 2.5 micron layer of 18K gold over sterling silver, well above the standard for fine plated jewelry. We don't offer vermeil rings on purpose. Friction wears the gold layer down faster on rings than on any other piece, so for ring designs we use sterling silver or 9K solid gold.

Sterling silver is nickel-free. Gold vermeil uses a sterling silver base, also nickel-free. Both are safe for most people with sensitive skin.

Sterling silver darkens slowly through normal use and returns to its original look with a soft polish. Gold vermeil holds up well with reasonable care, but the gold layer eventually wears down on pieces that take constant friction. That's why we don't offer vermeil rings. Solid gold doesn't have this issue and keeps its look indefinitely.

Orders ship within 72 hours of placement, often faster. Delivery is usually one to two working days after dispatch, four at most. Each piece is assembled and checked before it goes out.

Every order ships in our festive envelope, ready to give. We don't offer separate gift wrapping beyond that.

No. As of October 29, 2025, we cover all import duties and taxes worldwide. The price you see at checkout is the final price. No customs surprises, no extra payments at delivery. Any older reviews mentioning import fees predate this change.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund.

You have 30 days from delivery, on any stock piece, returned unworn and in its original packaging. Custom and personalised pieces are final sale. Return shipping is yours to arrange, and we'd suggest a tracked service. Returns sent without confirming with us first can't be refunded. Return shipping is on you.

Once your return arrives, we inspect it. If it qualifies, we refund the item cost to your original payment method. Banks usually take 10 to 14 days to show it.
