We ship from Belgium to almost every country in the world. During the checkout process we will ask your phone number. The reason is simple, If any delivery issues arise, the courier will contact you directly using this phone number. We will not use it for any other purpose.
Before we ship, we finish your order by hand and do a last quality check before it starts a new life with you.
If all the items of your order are in stock, you're parcel will be delivered in 1-5 days after ordering (unless otherwise mentioned on the website).
If one or more items are NOT in stock (pre-order), you’ll have to wait 4-5 weeks before we ship it. Don’t worry, we know you are eagerly waiting to receive your jewelry. And as you know, the best things in life are worth waiting for. We’ll do everything to get it to you as soon as possible.
- For orders under 60€, free shipping is not available (20€)
- Shipping to Russia is handled by regular mail - not DHL Express - it takes longer to arrive (10-14 days)
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO addresses
- Some countries will charge import duties. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We do not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country or zone your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country or zone.
*** COVID-19 UPDATE ***
Bear in mind that we use the Express service from DHL, this is a door to door service, if you are in a lockdown region, there is no need to leave your house.
We want to reassure you that we and DHL are taking all necessary steps to follow the WHO guidelines and protocols regarding hygiene and health.
From DHL: "Our couriers are (temporarily) able to offer a non-contact alternative to any customer who does not wish to sign via the scanner screen.
We are using the feature in our courier scanners to i.e. capture a photo of the shipment at the delivery location. So we can operate NSR (No Signature Required) if needed.
To further assist receivers who do not wish to sign on scanners or on paper due to social distancing, we will temporarily enable Signature Release for all business-to-consumer (B2C) shipments on our On Demand Delivery platform.
In addition, hand and scanner sanitization is performed before and after each customer interaction (Shipment Delivery or Pick-Up).”
